It is not yet sundown.  In a few minutes students will begin arriving for their first Shabbat dinner and observances in Drexel’s Perelman Center for Jewish Life.

Soon Drexel will rededicate a modernized Stein Auditorium, built in 1970 along with Nesbitt Hall along Market Street near the corner of 33rd Street on a site assembled by Drexel. An aerial view of the site in 1957 shows an assortment of buildings on a series of parcels shown on a parcel map from 1962.  Check out the spelling of Libary (sic) on the parcel map:
